  Depends on make of old boiler and new boiler. New boiler should increase it, but would need more info, its only a jump of 1, so I doubt you would still be on c1 after new boiler. grants for heating controls too €700 should help increase the rating too

BER Cert 3 bedrooms, duplex apartment, 110 sq m. , green mortgage, no attic, flat roof, no garage, gas heating.

I do not require the certificate to be issued at this stage. I only need to know if replacing the boiler will increase the BER from the current C1 to B3.
