BER Cert 2 beds 70sq m in Inchicore. Small extention. End of terrace old cottage recently renovated. Looking at a green energy rate with AIB and whether I can get a B3. All windows excluding one were replaced, this is an old double glaze unit 10+ years, is this likely to affect the required rating. If not I'll need to get a cert.
