Thank you for your enquiry. The cost of the Ber survey is €350   €30 SEAI levy a total of €380.00. I would assume the the property is more than 40 ftsq. Due to the current work load I would be able to visit the property next Monday 28 Nov. It would be the evening time about 6pm if that suits you.
