I would need technical data and sign off form for heat pump, energy cert for windows, doors and new insulation. I have a template that could help with this.

Please note that due to current workload it would be around 4 weeks before I could attend the property so realistically you are looking at January 2023. This may not suit your timeframe, however if it does let me know and I will book it in my diary.

BER Cert Hi, recently refurbished single storey house. Extension built on at the rear. Approx 110sqm. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite. The house was completely refurbished. Timber front door. AluClad windows, triple glazed. Air to Water underfloor heating and domestic hot water, MHRV system installed. Attic is not converted. House insulated. Roof redone. LED lighting. BER needed to switch to a Green Mortgage rate
