we have done a couple upgrades in the last few months, new boiler, new windows, doors, insulation for roof, wall etc and we have certs for those too.

BER Cert Heya, hope this one finds you well. I just finished a house renovation for a little mid terrace house in Dublin 8. House size is 35m2. 1 bedroom and we use gas for heating. We got old BER certificate here already but we want to have a new certification for selling, other options in the future. Hope it covers most of info if not please let me know.
