I would need to know if the work was carried out by registered contractors and if they would sign off on the work. The gas boiler can be added to BER as I can take photo evidence to prove it’s there, same if the windows have been done but the insulation is covered and it’s not the job of the assessor to certify work. BER Cert 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Fully renovated in 2020. New gas boiler and insulation internally. No garage but a attic used for storage (not renovated)
