p.s. A pre purchase survey, is a visual inspection. No tests, monitoring or samples are taken. Our surveyors will have a hand held monitor that checks moisture levels in each room. If levels on this are above normal or there are visual signs of damp such as stains or mould, these will be noted in the report and guidance will given on actions that may need to be taken to resolve the problem.
