Each of these houses would have to have the following information released to us in order to proceed with a Provisional BER:

• Full set of plans, sections & elevations.
• Full set of construction the specification as per the client’s individual wishes or the assigned certifier preferences. This should not be limited to only the Wall, Floor, additionally Roof insulation; Glazed window composition; Electrical plan; the preferred means by which the properties should be heated; and also whether mechanical ventilation will or shall not be included.

For each of the properties numbered 1-14, the price is €450+VAT + SEAI fee per unit.

The Documents acquired by the client for each property will include the following provided the relevant information is released prior to the assessment commencing:
• Draft Provisional BER Certificate,
• Draft Home Energy Upgrade Advisory Report,
• Draft Part L Report,
• Draft Dwelling Report.
