I can confirm that our quotation for the job is Â£250 + VAT. Looking at the diary we would be able to fit the site visit in within a couple of day's notice. Whilst on-site we would require approximately 30-45 minutes to complete the job. Final certification would be supplied within 48 hours of the site visit.

Normally we have a 3-4 day turnaround time, so once the order has been

Then once the appointment has gone ahead we get the EPCâ€™s emailed over
to you within 48 hours.

We can also carry out Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos, Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR),
