I can do the existing BER on the property above for €400.00 including VAT & SEAI publication fee. (If the house has a heat pump, the fee is €450.00 including VAT & SEAI publication fee.)

Please note this price is for the BER on the existing house only. If you require a quote for a Technical Assessment for a heat pump grant the fee is as follows:
Our fee for doing a Technical Assessment on a house is €975.00, including VAT & SEAI BER publication fee.
This fee includes the pre-works BER, providing the Technical Assessment Form, completed with Heat Loss Indicator (HLI) & any upgrade works needed to achieve the required HLI so that the house will be heat pump ready.

Payment Terms:
Payment after inspection, and prior to release of BER Certificate & Associated documents, as per our standard payment terms and conditions.
