hi, i don't think any BER assessor can guarantee an increase in a ber rating. They may be able to give an approximation, but I think the only way is to get a BER cert complete. Alternatively, what was the previous ber rating? and what work has been done since then, then you might get a reasonable guide as to if the ber will have gone up or not. If work has been undertaken, e.g.. new windows, boiler, insulation etc, then more than likey the ber rating will increase
