hi, i don't think any BER assessor can guarantee an increase in a ber rating. They may be able to give an approximation, but I think the only way is to get a BER cert complete. Alternatively, what was the previous ber rating? and what work has been done since then, then you might get a reasonable guide as to if the ber will have gone up or not. BER Cert This is a 4 bed semi D corner house, recently renovated & in rental.
Need an upgraded/updated BER urgently as I'm didpure & have a hearing coming up.
House extensively renovated but need an increase or not worth keeping.
