Should the floor area be measured from outer wall to outer or inner to inner wall. as it's on borderline, depending where the measurements have to be taken from, keeping in mind it's a mid terraced house.. It's also let to a tenant - possibly Ber needed for this reason alone. I'd be grateful if you could answer these questions for me,

The 50sqms is on the ground and on first floor also, so 100sqms approximately over two floors. I didn't mention this in my initial request, as I was unsure if the area should be for both floors or not. Will this affect the quotes I'm given?

BER Cert 3 bedroom two storey terreced house. 50sq m approx. Ber cert for insulation grant - walls pumped and ceiling insulated..works on insulation carried out tomorrow, so Ber cert from then.
