DEAP Dwelling Report ( required by the local Authority at commencement stage)
DEAP Part L Specification Report ( required by the local Authority)
Our own Energy Design Specification outlining how all performance figures required in the building elements will be achieved, Ventilation, Heating System, Renewable Energy contributions.
A full set of PDF Drawings and a set of Drawings in DWG Format would be required.
Payment of the fees are due on booking.

Basically we give you the specifications to follow so that you meet Part L. We also make ourselves available for for some consultancy during project.
