BER Cert 4 bedroom semi detached house with attic conversion. Recently installed solar panels and require BER as part of the grant process. House built in 1955 and bought by us in 2011. Since last BER we have replaced all windows with double glaze, converted attic and done up internal rooms with internal insulation.
