We have reviewed the plans and our fees are as follows.
Final BER & Part L Compliance Report = €600 + VAT @ 23% (€138.00) + SEAI Fee (€30.00), totalling €768.00 fully inclusive.
For this we will provide:
- a complete survey of the new dwelling to SEAI requirements,
- consultation in relation to the type of insulation, windows/doors, ventilation system & heating system installed to achieve compliance with Part L,
- calculation of U-Values of the elements of the dwelling,
- inclusion of paperwork for the heat pump and new windows,
- as Constructed Specification relating to the type of insulation, windows/doors, ventilation system & heating system installed to be signed off the Architect/Engineer & builder,
- a Part L Compliance Report showing compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations for the as constructed house,
- a finalised Dwelling Details Report,
- a BER Cert - showing the rating for the as constructed house,
- a BER Advisory Report,
This is provided:
- There are no changes to the as constructed dwelling based on the plans and specifications provided.
Due to a large volume of work that we have on our books at the minute we would unfortunately not be able to commit to starting any work on new projects for the next 6-10 weeks.
