Survey will take 1-2 hours on site and can be arranged for daytime/evening/weekend. 
Report will be prepared within 3 days of your survey being carried out. We will review the building energy ratings with the you before submission to the SEAI to ensure customer satisfaction.
BER will be finalised and submitted to the SEAI only after payment has been received

It is not possible to claim back €50 from SEAI grants since your house was built after 2011.
