BER Cert We are looking to get 4 houses tested. 3 right beside one another and 1 a few miles away. They are 3 bed houses approx 2700 - 3000 sq ft. No attic conversions. All have non converted garages. Mixture of geo thermal, solid fuel and oil heating. Applying for seai grant.
