For apartments we can do €189.90 per unit including VAT and SEAI upload fee if access can be arranged in one visit. We can provide a discount for the other units once we have drawings, if you could please send them on.
On the basis we can access all 19 units on the same day we can provide the 19 residential BERs at a rate of €177.60 per apartment ( all Inclusive ) . We would send two assessors to site on the same day.
