Technical assessment: €775 Required for heat pump grant application.

I would imagine the published BER would be the best option for you now. I can give you advice on where you are and what work you should consider in the future. My advice would be not to search for the cheapest BER especially if you're looking to make a plan to improve the building as knowledge of the costs of each upgrade has a big impact.
