BER Cert Hi there. I'm looking to get a BER asap please. The property is a small 2 bed, own door apartment in Belarmine, Stepaside. It has gas central heating (it had a new boiler within the last 2 years to increase energy efficency etc.) and has no extension or conversion. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
