Unless you've made material changes to your property the BER at the time of sale is most likely still valid. A BER is valid for 10 years. I presume the BER was generated for the sale of the property. If you don't have a copy of the BER, you could probably check directly with SEAI.

BER Cert Need a BER for a Green mortgage. The house had a B3 rating when I bought it 3 years ago. Hope its still the same.
