What was the original heat source? Were there any other heat control upgrades?
What was the actual Kwhr/m2/yr value recorded on the BER cert?

Hello again, to get B3 you're trying to get from 168 down to 150. Without knowing your full set-up, I toyed around with some figures on improved heating controls and replacing Incandescent bulbs with LEDs and improved a rating by about 10! With an apartment there is limited scope to improve
