We would charge €600 inc. vat to survey this property and we would aim to provide a report generally within 2 weeks after instruction. We request payment prior to issuing the report.

Our reports are generally around 14-20 pages long, depending on the condition of the property. We inspect for two main items; a) the condition of the building and b) compliance with relevant building regulations. Our reports are Level 2 as per the Society of Chartered Building Surveyors guidelines.
