1. Is the boiler working normally ( we need it working normally to ensure accurate equipment readings ) if the boiler is not working normally then it becomes a boiler breakdown.
2. Make and model of the boiler ?
3. Approximate age of the boiler ?
Once we get this information we will call and schedule the appropriate visit
