Thank you for getting back to me. The price for the end of tenancy clean for a 3-bedroom property would be €330.00 plus 13.5% VAT. This includes two cleaners for 4 hours 45 minutes, which totals 9 hours 30 minutes cleaning time. It also includes all chemicals, supplies and equipment. A full house clean is carried out, it includes the inside of the appliances ( oven, fridge and microwave) the washing machine and dryer are just wiped down on the front, inside the presses and inside windows.
