BER Cert I would like to have a BER Assessment on my property as i am currently switching my mortgage and would like to avail of a Green Mortgage if possible. I have carried out a number of home improvements over the last few years (External Wall - Internal Isulation with dry lining, New A rated boiler, new heating controls, some new windows and doors, attic insulation, new insulated water tank, TRV's & low energy spots fitted throughout the home). |
