We installed additional insullation to what was the minimum requried, installed Solar Thermo Tubes at the time. Our architect has documented what was installed where as at teh time BER was not required.
We have just recently have just installed Solar PV panels, with a battery, upgraded with boiler and 4 zone EPH system, increased Kitchen window and door to tripple glazed.
The BER is for Solar PV grant. |
