I am looking to get an insulation uvalue done for a build I'm going undertaking. It is a full renovation of a property that's been vacant 12 years along with an extension. Full property size will be circa 180 meter sq. 4 bedrooms. Please see drawing attached. Will be looking to insulate underfloor and internally slab all walls. I would like two separate quotes; one for the entire building (7 floors) and the other for just two separate tenant spaces within the building if that’s possible.
