Can you please provide me with a BER quote for the Embassy House building in Ballsbridge?
I would like two separate quotes; one for the entire building (7 floors) and the other for just two separate tenant spaces within the building if that’s possible.

2. Tenant space 1: Ground Floor; floor area: 364m2
