I am looking to get an insulation uvalue done for a build I'm going undertaking. It is a full renovation of a property that's been vacant 12 years along with an extension. Full property size will be circa 180 meter sq. 4 bedrooms. Please see drawing attached. Will be looking to insulate underfloor and internally slab all walls. I just want to work out uvalues when all included sich as windows l, attic, underfloor, slab etc.

We want the walls and ceilings to be painted.
There are no repairs to be done, as the walls are ready to be painted with 2 coats of white paint (walls are white). No woodwork. We have the paint already
All the rooms are regular sizes - nothing special
If I decide to add later, I would also like to know:
How much would it be for only one room to be painted?
And also how much is for the staircase only? -to paint
