speak to Irish rail about getting more trains going into Connolly. There is one at 7, next one is not until 7.47 and then 8.23 (which is always wedged). This is for rush hour.
It is one of the quicker ways of getting into town, but a lot of people work further out so need another mode of transport to Sandyford, Swords etc... if you are going to encourage people to not drive, there needs to be more transport for the rush hour commute.

BER Cert Reason is property sale. It is a one bedroom ground floor apartment. No extensions or conversions. No attic or garage. Heating is fully electric. Property built in 2002, but newly renovated in 2023. Approx 60m2 in area.
Boiler service Hi there my boiler pressure is really low and the flames won't ignite. We are in a 3 bed house and have a Mynute Vokera gas boiler. It is around 15 years old but as we are renting here cheap from my ex (long story) we don't plan on staying here so not intent on replacing the boiler. If we could just get through this winter would be great. I turned the boiler on in December and it worked fine all the rads heated up except the bathroom one. The next day the power came on but the flames would not ignite so no heat. Any info on prices etc would be great. I thought we might make it through the cold months without it but it's freezing.
