BER Rating Hello, looking for a quote to get a new BER cert. My house is a 3bed detached house built in 2004. I am based in Portlaoise. The house was classified as C3 back in 2017. Since than I have changed a boiler done attic insulation, replaced front door and closed the gas fire place. I wonder if that would be enough to get to min BER B3 for a better mortgage rate. |

I am looking to get an insulation uvalue done for a build I'm going undertaking. It is a full renovation of a property that's been vacant 12 years along with an extension. Full property size will be circa 180 meter sq. 4 bedrooms. Please see drawing attached. Will be looking to insulate underfloor and internally slab all walls.
