Need to show how the house will comply with building regulations and the likely rate the dwelling is to achieve. A report shall set out exactly how the dwelling is to be constructed in areas such as design, heating systems, insulation levels, junction details, etc.
The provisional BER shall be valid for a maximum of 2 years. The quote shall not include post-construction final BER.
The quotation provided is to cover the cost of the Pre works Part (L) calculation as below.
Pre-construction for a Part (L) report/calculation to ensure that the building when built meets the requirements of the 2019 Technical Guidance Document Part(L). The report is to include a summary of the proposed insulation, windows, ventilation strategy, the intended heating system using renewables, etc.

BER Cert I already have one from when the house was built in 2016, but need it updated as I have upgraded the solar and need a new cert for SEAI. What would the charge be? It’s a 4 bed house. Current cert is A2. I’ve attached the original cert and report. Basically it had 4 panels when it was new and last assessed. We’ve added 5 panels for a total of 9 and a battery. |

BER Cert I need a BER cert to claim and attic insulation grant. The attic has been insulated last week. My current BER is C1, report received after installation of solar panels last year.
The house is detached , has three bedrooms, a condensing gas boiler for heating and a multi fuel stove . There is no conservatory and no extensions, no flat roofs. |

I have worked in dunnes grocery bray for a cleaning company for around 8 months. Over these past couple of months I have come across a few things which I think should be reported. I started off noticing ant nests, flies, spiders etc. It has become a bit more serious now as about 2 months ago there was a problem with flees in the gents toilets, however this was dealt with. Yesterday afternoon I was sweeping the floor in the stock room and noticed there were hundreds of maggots on the floor. Keep in mind there is food kept in the stock room and I think it could get more serious. I was asked to Hoover the maggots which I refused to do. These maggots were left over night and have began to spread, as far as I know no pest control has been involved. Thank you |
