BER Cert BER Cert I just need a quote for the ground floor and basement portion of my building as the other floors above are residential, and I already have a BER cert for these. I am not sure, but I would imagine that at the ground floor is approximately 150m square or less, and the basement is about 20m square at the most. So the total is around 170 to 180m square in total.
