BER Cert Solar PV Grant - Grant applied for, 6KW Solar PV system just installed. We now need a BER cert post install. House year 2001, pellet boiler stove (and oil boiler on site, but disconnected), current BER C3.
BER Cert I need to get an updated BER cert for my house.
Ive had a solar system installed and I need to get a BER for the grant application.
The house was originally a B1 rating (96.41 kWh/m2/yr) but now has 5.16KW of PV panels on a south facing roof, with a 45 pitch, and no shading.
That is the only change to the house.

BER Cert Need a new BER Cert for house built in 2012/2013. Existing BER cert is B1. 4 bedrooms. Installed Solar PV system - hence need an updated cert.
BER Cert The house is a detached house with 2 bedroom . Heated by either oil or stove. There was a small extension at the rear of the property. The walls were previously pumped with beaded insulation and attic insulation. The reason for getting the BER rating is to avail of a grant for a recently installed 4KW solar PV. The installer noted I need to get a BER for the grant and the easiest approach is for the person doing the rating to contact him directly.
BER Cert Hi,
We have recently had PV Solar installed and would like to get an updated BER.
House is a bungallow, 4 bedrooms, previously had walls pumped and attic further insulated.
Subsequent to this, and the received C3 rating, we had an infra red survey carried out and upgraded all windows and glass doors to more modern specs as well as closing the only open fireplace (replaced with build in and sealed 'stove' like burner).
Location is Moate, Co. Westmeath.
Many thanks in advance,
Peter
BER Cert 4 bed house, extended and renovated in 2006/7, featuring on About the House with Duncan Stewart. We installed additional insullation to what was the minimum requried, installed Solar Thermo Tubes at the time. Our architect has documented what was installed where as at teh time BER was not required.
We have just recently have just installed Solar PV panels, with a battery, upgraded with boiler and 4 zone EPH system, increased Kitchen window and door to tripple glazed.
The BER is for Solar PV grant.
