BER Rating Remortgaging and the bank want a BER cert. house only has attic insulation and a good boiler, nothing else so will not benefit me getting a cert for loan interest rates. The bank are just insisting on it.

BER Rating Hello, looking for a quote to get a new BER cert. My house is a 3bed detached house built in 2004. I am based in Portlaoise. The house was classified as C3 back in 2017. Since than I have changed a boiler done attic insulation, replaced front door and closed the gas fire place. I wonder if that would be enough to get to min BER B3 for a better mortgage rate.

I am looking to get an insulation uvalue done for a build I'm going undertaking. It is a full renovation of a property that's been vacant 12 years along with an extension. Full property size will be circa 180 meter sq. 4 bedrooms. Please see drawing attached. Will be looking to insulate underfloor and internally slab all walls. I just want to work out uvalues when all included sich as windows l, attic, underfloor, slab etc.

BER Cert Looking to get a quote for BER Cert for a property Sale. Its a Semi-D two story house with garage to the side. 3 Bed with extension over the Garage (which could be called 4-Bed). Garage has remained a garage even though there is a stndard door and window in place of up and over garage door.

New double glazing put in when bought 7 years ago. Also, insulation in attic done at the same time, as we're most of the walls inside too.

House just went through a major renovation. Original BER was very low - an F rating if I recall correctly. 5 bed incl. Attic. Approx 2,400 sq feet in total. Internally insulated. New Gas Boiler, completely rewired and replumbed. Standard Radiator heating system. Underfloor insulation.
Requestor has good knowledge of works carried out as he was involved in project management.
